Damages, Defects, & Errors |
Defective or damaged items can be exchanged within 14-days of delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please fill out the return/exchange form for assistance. Shipping costs in both directions are covered under an approved defective item exchange process. |
Gifts |
Please have the original purchaser of your item request a return/exchange. |
Shipping Costs |
In the case of a damaged or defective item, the customer will recieve a postage paid label to return the defective item and a new item mailed out in exchange. If the original item is no longer available, the customer may coose another item of equal or lesser value or accept store credit in lieu of exchange. In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of original shipping (if charged) will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item in the event of package carrier issues. |
