Most items sold on intuitiveaura.com are eligible for refund or exchange within 14-days of delivery.

Requirements

As long as the item(s) in question conform to the lists of requirements & exclusions, you may request a return for any reason.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging. 
  • The return/exchange request form must be submitted within 14-dyas of item delivery.

Exclusions

Except in the case of manufacture defect or shop error, these items are not available for return or exchange:

  • Custom items
  • Downloadable products
  • Gift cards
  • Any item that is listed as non-refundable in its description

Damages, Defects, & Errors

Defective or damaged items can be exchanged within 14-days of delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please fill out the return/exchange form for assistance.

Shipping costs in both directions are covered under an approved defective item exchange process.

Gifts

Please have the original purchaser of your item request a return/exchange.

Shipping Costs

In the case of a damaged or defective item, the customer will recieve a postage paid label to return the defective item and a new item mailed out in exchange. If the original item is no longer available, the customer may coose another item of equal or lesser value or accept store credit in lieu of exchange.


In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of original shipping (if charged) will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item in the event of package carrier issues.

Process

  1. Customer fills out the return request form within 14-days of delivery (service rep will reach out within 24-hrs to confirm form submission).
  2. A receipt confirmation will be sent via email once the item(s) reach our warehouse.
  3. After item inspection, customer will be notified if the item(s) qualify for return or exchange
  4. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 days (please note that your financial institution may have their own processing times above and beyond this timeframe). OR an appropriate replacement item will be mailed immediately.
